Her success and career trajectory reflected exactly what high performers are taught to pursue. ​What she began noticing — first in herself, then in the leaders and organizations around her — was something less visible.

Gina has founded and scaled six companies, taught entrepreneurship at the University of Alabama where she currently serves as an Instructor, and has worked as a certified professional coach and Energy Leadership Index Master Practitioner for years. She holds an M.S. in Marketing and a B.S. in Business Management with a concentration in Entrepreneurship.
